Prospective graduate students:

Currently, there are no open positions for Graduate Research Assistants in 2022-2023.
However, if you meet the criteria below, you are welcome to contact Professor Furst with your CV and brief statement of interest in case a position becomes available.

Professor Furst would like to hear from prospective PhD students who have experience working in wetlabs and/or who have academic backgrounds in chemistry, water quality engineering, or chemical engineering. Note that our research requires intensive chemistry lab work and instrument maintenance. We will train you in the specific skills, but it is important that you already know if you enjoy chemistry lab work before you commit to spending 4-6 years in our lab!

Prospective undergraduate researchers:

The Furst lab welcomes motivated undergraduates seeking research experience in water quality engineering and water chemistry. Please email Professor Furst with the following:
